Today, let's talk about how to read Korean naturally.
It is a waste of time to study all of the pronunciation rules of Korean because there are so many rules and so many exceptions.
In addition, almost all Koreans don't know these rules, but they use them naturally without consciousness.
Therefore, it is better to practice reading and speaking many sentences rather than studying to find out that pronunciation.
Now, I will explain only the two most common pronunciation rules.

- If there is a consonant 'ㅇ' after Batchim, move Batchim to the position of the consonant 'ㅇ'.

- 잘 지냈어요? → [잘 지내써요?]
- 다음에 만나요. → [다으메 만나요.]
- 이름이 뭐예요? → [이르미 뭐에요?]
- If that Batchim is double consonant, move only the second one.
[ex]
- 의자에 앉으세요. → [의자에 안즈세요.]
- 책을 읽어요. → [채글 일거요.]
- 집이 넓어요. → [지비 널버요.]
2. Function of consonant 'ㅎ'
- The consonant 'ㅎ' makes basic consonant to aspirated consonant.
- ㄱ + ㅎ = ㅋ or ㅎ + ㄱ = ㅋ
- ㄷ + ㅎ = ㅌ or ㅎ + ㄷ = ㅌ
- ㅈ + ㅎ = ㅊ or ㅎ + ㅈ = ㅊ
- ㅂ + ㅎ = ㅍ or ㅎ + ㅂ = ㅍ
[ex]
- 축하해요. → [추카해요.]
- 아기를 낳다. → [아기를 나타.]
- 나이가 많지 않아요. → [나이가 만치 아나요.]
- 대학교에 입학 했어요. → [대학교에 이팍 해써요.]
- The consonant 'ㅎ' also makes basic consonant 'ㅅ' to tensed consonant 'ㅆ'.
- ㅎ + ㅅ = ㅆ

- 돈이 많습니다. → [도니 만씀니다.]
If you know these two rules, it will help you to speak Korean naturally.
